To enhance quality of pothole repair works with asphalt-concrete mixes, in 2010 the company bought 15 sets of pothole repair machinery – multiple unit road builder mounted on MAN TGA 6*4 with thermal container for ATC 100S asphalt-concrete mix, Ammann AV 23-2 mini roller, Simex PL4520 road scraper mounted on CASE 445 loader and Obermeier OST-T119S semi-trailer.

The thermal container is equipped with:

  • heater that allows to keep the working temperature of the asphalt-concrete mix for 24 hours;
  • mix dosing screw;
  • bitumen emulsion container.

In 2012-2016 the company had bought and put into operation 15 Graber Baumaschinen (Switzerland) hotbox bunkers for transportation and storage of up to 13 m3 of hot asphalt-concrete mix. These heat-insulated hotboxes keep the asphalted mix hot for a long time. The machines are a part of a set of equipment which also includes a mini roller, a road milling machine mounted on Case or Caterpillar mini loader, and an Obermeier OST-T119S semitrailer.

Using such equipment the pothole repair can be done any way far from asphalt-concrete plant for a long time without loss of performance.
